Getting Stronger Without Getting Hurt Workshop

New to strength training or getting back into it after time off? This beginner-friendly workshop is designed to help you build strength safely, confidently, and without intimidation.

This Valentine’s Day Edition is a chance to take a little time for yourself (or bring a friend) and learn the fundamentals of strength training in a supportive, coached environment.

During the workshop, you’ll:
• Learn safe, effective strength basics
• Practice foundational movements with expert coaching
• Complete a short, guided member-style workout using our training system
