The Best Shape Of Her Life...at 50 at LFTD Fitness Somerville NJ

A lot of people think getting in shape after 50 means you need to be more careful, do less, slow down, and basically wrap yourself in bubble wrap until retirement.

Respectfully… nonsense.

Meet Suzanne.

She’s been with us since 2018.

She trained through life stress.
She trained through the pandemic (yes, even Zoom workouts 😅).
She trained through a back injury.

And now?

At 50, Suzanne is in the strongest, healthiest shape of her life.

Not because she found some magical workout.
Not because motivation suddenly fell out of the sky and hit her in the forehead.

Because she stopped trying to figure it out alone.

Like a lot of people, Suzanne had done the typical gym thing before:
